The following on 24 June 2022 list have some potential impact, but after being assessed in terms of highway safety, highway operation and car parking these were found to have no significant negative impact upon the highway network. Highway Services HDC does not oppose (DNO) the following applications; although some will require licences to use the highway etc. for their proposed works as indicated:

•  22/00554/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The opportunity to rent a car parking space is noted and the Applicant should consider the provision of bicycle parking if space permits.
•  22/00571/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
•  22/00652/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. Highways Development Control concurs with the Agent’s assessment of car parking and provision of bicycle parking as mitigation.
•  22/00683/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that highway licences may be necessary for use of the highway during works for equipment and materials.
•  22/00694/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised to consider the provision of bicycle parking storage and installing an electric vehicle charging point.
•  22/00703/C - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
•  22/00712/D - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.

•  22/00716/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
•  22/00719/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking.
•  22/00722/B - After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking. The Applicant is advised that highway licences may be necessary for use of the highway during works for equipment and materials.
