Further to my previous letter concerning the abovementioned appeal, the appointed Inspector will be conducting inquiries into a number of appeals in the 3RD FLOOR COMMITTEE ROOM, Cabinet Office, Central Government Offices, Bucks Road, Douglas. NB The Waiting Area Is Next To The Meeting Room And Adjacent To The Lift/stairs.

As it is not possible to always assess the length of each inquiry, it is hoped that this appeal will be called at 14:00 on 28 October 2025 so it is requested that all contributors attend the waiting area just prior to this time to ensure, if possible, a prompt start can be made.

Please acknowledge receipt of this communication (by emailing [email protected]) to advise whether you will be attending the inquiry. Further, and for the benefit of the inspector, it would be appreciated if you could provide a list of witnesses should you intend to bring any to the hearing.
