Further to my previous correspondence concerning the above application, it has been confirmed by the parties that this appeal should be dealt with by way of written representations.

Please note that no further opportunity for the submission of written comments will be allowed after this date.

On receipt of any rebuttal statements the matter will be given to the next available inspector who will, having considered all the submissions and conducted a site visit, prepare a report and recommendation for the Minister of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.

In due course you will be advised of the decision which will be issued by the Chief Executive’s Office on the minister’s behalf.
