An appeal has been lodged in respect of the above planning application, to which your organisation is now invited to contribute to its consideration.
Please be aware that whilst the Appellant in this matter has requested that the appeal is considered as a written submission (without cause to appear before the Inspector as an inquiry/hearing), should you wish to have the matter considered as a hearing, please let me know in writing at your earliest convenience. Please note that such request must be supported by the appropriate fee – payable to the DEFA P&BC Directorate.
