Highways DC acknowledge that a valid appeal has been lodged for the application 24/91306/B. It is noted that the appellants statement of case lists two reasons for appeal, neither of which are related to the highway or the proposed access. Therefore, Highways DC will not be submitting their own statement of case for the appeal process. If you require one, or other documentation to be provided to benefit the proceedings, please let me know.
