In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 16th February 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of two buildings as shown and described in the drawings reference FPL/RS/01 and -02 both received on 9th December, 2008.
- The buildings may be used only for the sorting and processing of waste in conjunction with the authorised use of the site as a waste transfer station.
- Prior to the commencement of works on the proposed building, the applicant must have approved by the Planning Authority a sample of the exterior sheeting which must be a matt finish - either grey, dark green or dark brown.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
