This use is permitted by the applicant only. No other persons may undertake the approved works, nor may the applicant undertake any other works that those approved without the written approval of the Planning Committee.
Adequate fire precautions must be taken to the satisfaction of the Committee and the Chief Fire Officer who must be consulted prior to the commencement of any works.
