Officer's Report

The application is proposing to extend an existing dental surgery. The proposed works are set to the rear of the property and will not be readily visible from the public highway. I consider the proposed works will not adversely affect the visual amenities of the locality. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This permission relates to the erection of rear extension as shown in drawing in numbers 01 and 02 date stamped 7th November 2008.

C 3. No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building
