In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 18th December 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawings 08/53/01 and -02 both received on 11th November, 2008.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
NOTE The applicant should liaise with the Inland Fisheries Section of Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry regarding the undertaking of work so close to the river, in
order to avoid damage to the river bank and sedimentation of the river itself during building works.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
