In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: IOM Kart Racing Association Ltd Proposal: Siting of temporary portacabins, new access to paddock area and erection of building at: Land Between New Prison Site And Former Airship Hangar Site, Jurby Airfield Jurby Industrial Estate Jurby Isle Of Man
which was considered on 19th February 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing A, B, C, D and E date stamped the 24th November 2008.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
