Recommended Conditions Appeal

Recommended Conditions Should the appointed Inspector be minded to recommend to the Minister that the application be approved, the Department would suggest that the following conditions and notes are attached to the approval notice: C1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. C2. This approval relates to the alteration and erection of extensions to Close Mooar, Glen Darragh Road, Glen Vine, Marown as shown by the plans and information Location Plan, 967.1, 967.2, 967.3 and 967.4 all received 26th November 2008.
