Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to alterations and extensions as shown in drawing numbers 01 date stamped 23rd May 2008, 05 and 06 date stamped 20th October 2008.
- No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
