In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 17th December 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the demolition of outbuildings and the creation of a vehicular access as shown in drawing numbers 2000/1, 2000/2, 2000/3, 2000/4, 2000/5 and photographs x3 all received on 24th October 2008.
- Prior to the commencement of works, details of the colour coating for the shutter doors shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
