In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 14th January 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 19th January 2009

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This consent relates to the conversion of existing second, third and fourth floors into offices as shown in drawing numbers SC1122/P/10-01, SC1122/P/10-02 and SC1122/P/10-03 date stamped 17th September 2008.
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all existing internal features of interest affected by the works to the building and provided for approval by the Planning Authority. Such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application, the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be, an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
