In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the removal of the dummy chimney stack to the south east elevation, the installation of 2 additional roof lights to the rear elevation and the erection of a single storey lean-to extension at Ballakinnag House, Shore Road, Ballaugh as shown by the plans and information SC-R-201, SC-R-202 and SC-R-203 submitted and date stamped 18th August 2008.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
