In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 29th October 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to alterations and extensions to dwelling as shown in drawing numbers AT 917.1 date stamped 22nd April 2008 and AT 917.2 Rev 1 date stamped 20th August 2008.
- No development shall take place until samples of the facing and roofing materials to be used shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
