Planning Policy Statement 1/01 - Policy CA/2 (Conservation Areas)
Policy CA/2 from Planning Policy Statement 1/01 requires particular consideration for developments in Conservation Areas. The Conservation Officer assessed the PVC replacement conservatory against this, noting its location in the heart of Laxey Conservation Area adjacent to harbour and river. Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
