In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of one year from the date of this notice.
2. This temporary approval relates to the erection of a temporary amenity building as shown by the plans and informationU1426/01B, Support Letter, Brochure and Completed Checklist submitted and date stamped 16th July 2008 and Applicant Letter, PA21 REV a and PA 22 REV A submitted and date stamped 26th August 2008.
3. The building must be finished in timber cladding and blue/grey cladding as shown on drawing U1426/01.

1. The building may be used until the 31st October 20012. Within 3 months of the expiry of this approval, the building and all associated fixings and infrastructure must be removed from the site.
2. The building may be used only as indicated on the approved plans.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

• The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
