Officer's Report
The proposed window is set to the rear of the property and will not be visible from the streets cene. The window will be replicate similar windows in style and method of openings as the windows in the rear elevation of the basement. The Conservation Officer is content with the proposal in that is does not adversely affect the character of the Registered Building.
I therefore recommend that planning permission and Registered Building Consent be granted subject to conditions.
