In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Graham Burden Proposal: Installation of replacement windows at: Brookside Glen Road Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7AB which was considered on 19th September 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of windows as shown in location plan, window details and photographs submitted and date stamped 15th July 2008.
- The replacement windows are to be white PVC sliding sash with a horizontal glazing bar to the front and side elevations and white PVC casement to the rear elevation.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
