Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a sub station / switch room and an extension to the car parking and access as shown in drawings SC1010/P/10-00, SC1010/P/10-01, SC1010/P/10-02, SC1010/P/10-03, SC1010/P/10-04, SC1010/P/10-05, SC1010/P/12-01 and SC1010/P/12-02 submitted and date stamped 16th July 2008.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
