In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Dalmatian Ltd Proposal: Removal of stores and pig sties and alteration of outbuilding to form private kennels for use in conjunction with dwelling at: Ballawhane Farm Leodest Road Andreas Isle Of Man IM7 3EG
which was considered on 1st August 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 08/2226/01, 08/2226/02 and 08/2226/03 date stamped the 3rd June 2008.
- The kennels hereby permitted by this approval shall only be used in association with the occupation of Ballawhane Farm. No approval is granted, or should be conferred, by this planning approval for the commercial use of the kennels.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
