Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- This permission relates to alterations and the erection of an extension as shown in drawings and information 2008/12/01, 2008/12/02, 2008/12/03, 2008/12/04, 2008/12/05 submitted and date stamped 5th June 2008.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
