I refer to my letter dated April 22nd advising that the approval notice, issued April 18th, was inaccurate and did not reflect the determination of the Planning Committee.

Legal obligation required that application be made to the High Court for the notice to be quashed.

A petition was subsequently submitted and a certified copy of the Order, dated June 2nd, formally quashed the planning approval dated 18th April 2008.

In accordance with that Order I herewith enclose a correct notice confirming the decision of the Planning Committee refusing the abovementioned application.

Please note that whilst an appeal was lodged against the original notice, that appeal will be treated as withdrawn. However, a fresh period for requesting an appeal against the refusal notice (21 days) will commence from today's date. Please note your status for requesting an appeal is clarified on the rear of the notice.
