Re: planning replacement boundary walls and off road parking.
Replacement walls required, as most of the walls are in poor state of repair and are of mixed construction making the property look very untidy. There is parts of the wall on palatine road constructed of Manx stone with render Finnish, then dense block render finish toped with concrete copings, then brick wall painted, these sections are in good order and are only in need of part render and paint. Areas requiring work The section of palatine road connecting to ballaquale road, built of red brick, and part toped with cast railings, most of the railings have peaces missing and are incomplete, then a section on ballaquale road of dense block rendered and toped with concrete copings. This is also in good order and is only in need of small repair and new copings.
Rebuilding I had planed to rebuild the walls in block and brick and render, toped with concrete copings. To match other sections of render finish walls and keep the same outlook, all around the properties boundary.
Parking area The parking area will use the existing concrete hard standing areas with some small changes, and have space to three point turn a vehicle so to allow a drive in turn, and drive out situation. The walls on the ballaquale road side, and end pillars will be built not to obscure sight when exiting the property.
