The application seeks approval for the replacement of aluminium sliding patio doors with UPVC sliding patio doors to the south elevation.

ASSESSMENT The proposed UPVC sliding doors are considered to be an improvement on the aluminium doors and would not have an adverse impact on the property, neighbouring properties or the surrounding area in general.

RECCOMMEDATION It is recommended the application be permitted.
