In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 27th January 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of equipment cabinets as shown in drawing numbers 18843_00_004_01, 18843_30_150_M08_08, 18843_30_160_M08_08 and 18843_30_100_M08_08 date stamped 11th April 2008.
- Within one month of the installation of the equipment cabinets hereby approved, they shall be colour coated in full accordance with the approved details. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of being carried out.
- In the event of the equipment cabinets erected under this approval becoming redundant it must be taken down and removed from the site within 3 months of cessation of use.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
