The Proposal
The application seeks approval for the removal of the two windows and door on the rear elevation of the property and to be replaced by a new door and one window in white UPVC.

Douglas Corporation have no objection to the planning application. The Department of Transport Highways Division have no objection to the planning application. We have received no privately written representations regarding this planning application.
Assessment
The proposed alterations to the rear of the property are judged to be an improvement to the property and the area. The proposed alterations will not adversely affect the property or the amenities of the locality.
