- This permission relates to the alterations and creation of a dormer window as shown in the information and drawings P08 069 01revP1, P08 069 02revP1, P08 069 03 P1 and P08 069 04revP1 submitted and date stamped 29 April 2008.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
