Planning approval is sought for the erection of a smoking shelter to the rear of existing office buildings at the Isle of Man Brewery Headquarters, Kewaigue.
The shelter, which would be predominantly open, would not be visible from the public highway and is considered to be catchpole.
The Department of Transport Highways division advise of no objection as does Douglas Corporation. The MEA request a standard Note which is not considered to be a material planning consideration.
It is recommended that the following parties are accorded Interested Party Status in accordance with Government Circular 1/06:
