Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The replacement of the existing timber windows with uPVC windows would be unacceptable due to the traditional appearance of Leodest Cottage and consequently the proposal would be contrary to Environmental Policy 34 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan.
Note This decision is without prejudice to a subsequent application for timber sliding sash windows.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
