Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the change of use of Retail Unit 2 of 2 Michael Street, Peel as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings HAR/08/01, HAR/08/02A and HAR/08/02B submitted and date stamped 1st February 2008.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Department to ensure that the fire safety measures within the building are satisfactory and that the flats which appear to be above the shop comply with the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
