- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of replacement windows as shown in drawing number 00315/1, A4 Black and White photograph annotated 'Rear Elevation of 3 Palatine Road', A4 Black and White photograph annotated 'Excluding front door and fan light. All front windows are to be replaced as same style / proportions as existing. 3 Palatine Road.', A4 Black and White photograph annotated 'Kitchen Window No.2.', A4 Black and White photograph annotated 'Kitchen Window No.3.' and A4 Black and White photograph annotated 'Rear Elevation - Kitchen + First Floor Windows.' date stamped 18th February 2008.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
