Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted following documents and drawings all received on 9th January 2008:
Existing floor Plans CON/0043 03 Proposed floor plans CON/0043 04 Photocopy entitled 'Rear Elevation 6 Auckland Terrace' Photocopy entitled 'Front Elevation 6 Auckland Terrace' Photocopy entitled 'Rear Elevation + parking area 6 Auckland Terrace' Photocopy entitled 'Ramp up to door for wheel chair access 6 Auckland Terrace' Site Location Plan annotated '00006/1'
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all existing internal and external features of interest and provided for approval by the Planning Authority. Such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, further large scale (minimum 1:20 / 1:10) detail drawings are to be produced of the new internal doors to indicate the framing detail, architrave and materials are to be provided for approval by the Planning Authority.
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works on site, large scale (minimum 1:20 / 1:10) details of the internal ramp to the Ground Floor are to be submitted for the approval of the Planning Authority.
- PRIOR to the commencement of any works on site, the applicant is to submit further large scale (minimum 1:20 / 1:10) details of the junction of the new internal stud partitions with the existing cornicing to the wall / ceiling junctions.
NOTE: No approval is indicated to the removal and replacement of any of the internal doors other than that that serves the new Ground Floor WC. Any replacement of doors other than this should be the subject of further approval.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either:
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application, the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be, an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
