Re: PA 07/02325/B Construction of a metal fire escape to replace the existing balcony, Elm Bank, Stanley Terrace, Christian Street, Peel, Isle of Man.
Please find a statement that sets out the position of the Planning Authority in respect of the above planning application.
The statement is comprised of two parts:
- A copy of the Planning Officer’s report which assessed the proposal and recommended that the planning application be refused. This was considered by the Planning Committee who were mined to approve the application 24th April 2008.
- A copy of the decision notice for this planning application which was issued 29th April 2008.
