In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 29th January 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to alterations and extensions as shown by the plans and information 1337/01 and 1337-02 submitted and date stamped 19th November 2007.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- The window proposed to the west elevation to serve the bathroom must on installation be fitted with obscure glazing and retained as such thereafter.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
