In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 13th November 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the siting of a portacabin in association with the use of the synthetic pitch for a period of four years from the date of this decision. The building must be removed from the site following the expiration of that period and the land restored to its former condition.
- This permission relates to the retention of a portakabin as shown in drawing numbers 1854/1, 1854/2, 1854/3 and photographs and the letter from the National Sports Centre all dated 3rd October 2007.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

Whichever is the later.
