In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 5th December 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This permission relates to the plans and information PT DRWG 2 and PT DRWG 3 submitted and date stamped 11th October 2007.

1. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

1. There must be no discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and Sewerage Act 1999.

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
