- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the information and plans numbered 0610/01, 0610/02, 0610/03A and 0610/04A submitted and date stamped 23rd October 2007.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
