In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 26th October 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings SC 975 SK 1 and SC975/P/10-01 all received on 11 September 2007.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department to discuss the provision of pass doors to facilitate emergency egress in the event of the failure of the revolving door mechanism.
NOTE The Disability Access Office recommends that the Applicant should ensure there is an external door (with an opening of no less than 1000mm wide) in addition to the revolving door for the use of wheelchair users and mothers with prams, and to ensure the ramps have handrails on both sides.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
