In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 15th November 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the conversion of the existing building to two town houses and four apartments all as shown in drawings P01B, P05A and P06 all received on 14th September, 2007.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
NOTE For connections to Flats and Apartments the following apply - "Water Supply to Flats and Apartments - Regulations", and if applicable a "Form Of Undertaking In Respect Of Supply Pipes" will be required. Copies of these documents can be obtained from the Isle of Man Water Authority or alternatively by contacting the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle on telephone 695957).
NOTE The applicant is encouraged to liaise with the owners of the adjacent property, Aalin, to try to avoid any adverse impact from the works necessary to undertake the development on the operation of the tourist accommodation available during the holiday season.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
