Planning History The following previous planning application is considered relevant in the assessment determination of this application:- Alterations and first floor extension over garage to provide additional living accommodation - 06/02020/B – APPROVED
Proposal
The application proposes the installation of two roof solar panels.
Representations
We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application.
Assessment / Recommendation
The proposals are relatively minor proposals which from the street scene will have a very limited visual impact, due to their size, position and location of the public highway. For these reasons the proposals would seem appropriate in these locations and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.
