RE: PA 07/01823/B – REPLACE EXISTING WINDOW WITH FRENCH DOORS AT REAR OF FLAT ROOF LEVEL, 20, CHURCH ROAD, PORT ERIN.
The above application was considered by my Commissioners at their Meeting held on the 6th November 2007. I am directed to inform you the application has been approved but there is concern that the doorway will open on to an unprotected roof area.
