9, Station Road, Port Erin was formerly offices owned and occupied by Port Erin Commissioners, but earlier than this it was a letting house with bedrooms on the upper floors and dining room and kitchen below. The ground floor office is now a shop as per the recent Planning approval.
The Proposal
This application is for the following:
Ground floor shop and store together with sanitary accommodation as existing, but with the addition of a front separate door from the pavement into the shop.
First floor offices together with fire escape. Second and third floor apartment with new replacement roof lights and rear dormer window. At the rear of the building there is an existing three car park.
