In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 4th October 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 4143-LP, 4143-SP, 4143-1, 4143-2, 4143-3, 4143-4, 4143-5 and 4143-6 all received on 16th August 2007.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
NOTE This type of property falls within the scope of the Fire Precautions Act 1975 and as such a Fire Certificate has been issued, therefore the applicant must consult with the Fire Safety Department prior to any work being carried out.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult Disability Access Office with regard to the needs of disabled users within the site.
NOTE There are Underground Cables/Overhead Lines present in the area indicated in you Planning Application. Please contact our Network Operations Department, Manx Electricity Authority, (Tel. 687687) to discuss working practices around Cables and Overhead Lines which may be required to be diverted before any work can be carried out on site.
Contact the Manx Electricity Authority for Electrical Site Safety 5 documents, (Tel. 687766), before any work is carried out on site. All work to be carried out with reference to Health and Safety Executive Guidance Notes HS(G)47 & GS6. 88
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
