Jo Veen,
Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 24th July 2007.
The Commissioners had no objection to the above planning application.
The Commissioners had no objection to the planning application.
The Commissioners resolved to object to the planning application as the proposed development would extend the development beyond the existing plot into open countryside, and does not reflect the existing dwelling in relation to size and height and therefore would be visually intrusive.
The Commissioners resolved that a site visit would be required before they could comment on the application.
The Commissioners resolved that a site visit would be required before they could comment on the application.
The Commissioners resolved to object to the planning application on the grounds that the application was on a contrived plot not zoned for development.
The Commissioners further resolved to advise the Planning Committee that the
development if approved would intrude onto the amenity area and would set a precedent for future development I trust the above meets with your Committee's approval. Yours sincerely
