Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to Drawing Numbers 303N, 304L, 305K, 306L, 307L, 308H, 309J, 310G, 316B submitted as part of this application.

1. Prior to the commencement of works in relation to the conservatory details of the materials to be used, must be submitted for consideration and approval by the Planning Authority.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
