ObjectionThe plans as drawn lack significant detail as to the floor area of each apartment. From the design they all appear extremely cramped and we would suggest the actual floor area is defined prior to any decision being made as they may fall below the required area.; we do not believe an approval with conditions would adequately preserve the features. Furthermore the size of the apartments appears to constitute an over intensive use of a limited site.; In view of this we would request the committee refuse this application.
