Rushen Parish Commissioners have considered the following planning applications and their views are:-

a) 07/0784. Ballagale House, Mill Road, Surby. Mr R Ryan. Replacement white pvc casement windows to front elevation. No objections.

b) 07/0803. Three Trees, Hill Park, Ballakillowey. Mr & Mrs Mann. Addition of extra window to garage rear elevation, omission of one skylight, omission of one set of French doors and remaining set to be centralised (amendment to approved application 06/0596). No objections.

c) 07/0850. Rushen Primary School. Dept. of Education. Erection of covered waiting area. No objections

d) 07/0829. Land forming part of Ambleside, Qualtrough’s Lane, Ballafesson. Construction of a two storey dwelling and erection of replacement garage. No objections. (please note this plan is given as being in the Port Erin district instead of Rushen and was sent to Port Erin Commissioners – please amend your records accordingly so that the decision, etc does not get sent to Port Erin in error.
