Vernons (H. Vernon, S. M. Vernon, Mrs. Mary Vernon)
ObjectionOur objection to the initial application was on the grounds that the roof garden would seriously affect privacy and light in the our backyard. If the garage roof of No.66 is to be used for “recreational use” these concerns are still applicable.; We would also be very concerned if the dividing boundary walls were heightened as that also would restrict light to our property which already has limited natural light.; We have no objection in principle to the applicant building his garage and utility room.
